Lauren Fischbuch is a Calgary-based operator and engineer with 15 years of experience improving how complex businesses run.

Her career spans production and development engineering in the upstream oil and gas sector, business development and management consulting at Wood Mackenzie — where she grew Western Canada revenue 400% and led supply chain optimization engagements for major energy companies across North America — and Director of Strategy & Growth at a $1B Calgary-based electrical distributor, where she led operational innovation, analytics deployment, and growth strategy across the organization.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Calgary. She has been an active angel investor in Calgary's technology ecosystem since 2023.

Through Fischbuch Capital, Lauren is acquiring an established Calgary-area business as the foundation for a long-term ownership and operational value creation journey.
